Hi, my name is Brant Walsh and I am The Mac Guy. Whether you are just considering a Mac, or a seasoned veteran, I am happy to help in whatever capacity you may require. From sales to support and training, my passion and experience in the Macintosh operating systems and hardware is (I think) second to none.

Having been both a technician and a production artist, I know the type of problems you might run into – remember, I’ve been there too! Whether you’re buying your first computer, seeking a solution to perform a specific task, or just need a recommendation before purchasing, I’ll be happy to help.

Convenience

I offer several different options for service of your Mac. Pickup / Drop off at your home or business, working on-site, or bringing your machine to me at my office.  Remote support and training is also available!  Payments can be made online or in person after service.  Whatever is most convenient for you, that’s what we’ll do!

Guaranteed

I know that when your system goes down, you can’t afford the downtime. That’s why my configurations are guaranteed. My work takes a little longer, but when I set up your system it stays up. I isolate your problems using experienced methodology – and I fix them. Once again, if I don’t improve your situation, you don’t pay.

    I seriously do not the amount of words for how much I appreciate Brant’s work and expertise. I was trying to upgrade my MacBook to Big Sur without a backup. Keyword: without (stupidest decision). Big Sur’s update would not progress on my … More laptop, and I constantly tried to recover my MacBook to no avail (I spent about 2 days worth with my boyfriend trying to get all of my pictures back and data, and also trying to get my laptop to a workable state). We failed to, and reached out to Brant. At first, there was about 10-20% that he could recover my data successfully. With this, I decided to give it a shot because I was at my wits end. Thankfully, after so much hard work, Brant was able to get almost a bricked MacBook working again with the new OS system. I seriously cannot thank him enough for being able to revive my MacBook as I have about a year left in school.
